Helen Martinelli

I specialise primarily in Commercial and Charity Law, which inevitably means that I advise on Corporate Law issues and Regulatory Compliance as well. Qualifying in 2013, prior to becoming a consultant I worked at a Top 200 law firm, gaining valuable experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts and legal documents and delivering tailored advice.

I pride myself on delivering high-quality legal advice, both written and face-to-face, and work hard to nurture strong and lasting relationships with clients, from private individuals and entrepreneurs, social enterprises, and SME’s to multi-national businesses alike.

When I’m not working, I admit to spending far too much time on Netflix but am also an avid reader, enjoy arts and crafts, and spend as much time outside as possible, weather permitting!
