Our client wanted to transform their customer onboarding process. They were heavily invested in their customer journey and wanted to design their legal documentation to mirror how their team members dealt with the customers personally. They wanted “to be excited to hand our customers our legal docs”.
So….no pressure! From the outset we did a lot of in-house training around their legal documents, from a legal and risk perspective. The business owners took two different views on such legal terms and their risk appetites differed.
We conducted a couple of workshops to set the scene, provided training and really got to the bottom of what the legal documents needed to achieve for the business.
As a result of this process we delivered beautiful and easy-to-read legal documentation for their customers and helped the business to understand their business risks and where these were mitigated in their legal documentation.
